If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to initiate an exchange or a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Package Your Rug

  Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original plastic packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to protect it from damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
